CSG Willem van Oranje is a school of Higher General Secondary Education* in Oud-Beijerland with 1450 students and we represent challenging education. At our location in Zoomwijck we offer education to havo- and vwo-students and at our location in Poortwijck we offer education to our mavo-students. We think it is very important that our students can discover and develop their talents. We feel that our students should be able to feel at home at our school and we offer them a lot of extras.
Our world is rapidly changing. Borders are disappearing within Europe and internationalisation, creativity and technique play a major role in tomorrow’s world. We prepare our students for a society that is constantly changing and we prepare them for the jobs of the future. We offer, for example, bilingual education, we stimulate creativity by means of art and culture, we try to keep up with the technological developments by training our students in a beta laboratory and we offer subjects that provide students with the knowledge of the classical world. In this way our students will be prepared to understand the changing society. In addition to that we offer talent hours. All students have their own Chromebooks. We are constantly working towards achieving a friendly and caring environment.
